About the Role
Main duties of the job:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media campaigns, email marketing).
Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for key accounts.
Oversee staff rota planning, allocation of licensed security personnel, and recruitment of new staff.
Ensure compliance with SIA regulations and other industry standards.
Monitor performance and quality assurance across active contracts.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support continued growth.
Provide management reporting and contribute to commercial strategy planning with company directors.
Requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, Google & Meta Ads, social media management, and email marketing.
Strong knowledge of the private security industry, supported by holding a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence and several years’ experience in frontline roles.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships within a regulated industry.
Familiarity with recruitment and staff allocation processes (advantageous but training will be provided).
Understanding of compliance requirements relevant to the private security sector.
Degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
