SIA Door Supervisor - Hotel (Exeter)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking professional and reliable SIA Licensed Door Supervisors to join our team at a hotel in Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting new site and play a key role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring CCTV and patrolling the premises to ensure safety and security
Controlling access to the hotel and managing visitor logs
Responding to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
Providing excellent customer service to hotel guests and staff
Completing detailed and accurate incident reports
Working closely with hotel management and emergency services if required

Shift Pattern:
4 on, 4 off
12-hour shifts (days, nights, or rotating depending on site requirements)
