What Will I Learn?
This 7 day course covers the key skills you’ll need to work legally and confidently as a Door Supervisor.
You’ll learn how the security industry works, how to keep people safe, and how to handle emergencies and incidents the right way
You’ll cover the law, health & safety, communication, customer care, and how to deal with difficult situations professionally.
At the end of the course, you’ll complete 4 multiple-choice exams (one for each unit) plus a practical physical-intervention assessment.
Once you pass, you’ll have everything needed to apply for your SIA licence and start working.
